Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Crew Restoran/Service professional to join our fast‑paced dining team as a Cashier, Waitstaff, and Person‑In‑Charge (PIC). Responsibilities
- Opening & Closing Operations: Prepare the outlet for service, conduct daily cash reconciliation, generate closing reports, and ensure all equipment is properly shut down.
- Customer Service: Take orders swiftly, memorize menu items, and serve guests while maintaining a friendly, attentive demeanor.
- Complaint Management: Address minor guest concerns calmly, offering appropriate solutions without escalating the situation.
- Cashier Duties: Operate POS systems efficiently, verify cash totals, handle voids, refunds, and discounts with precision.
- Team Coordination (PIC): Assign tasks, monitor performance, and act as the primary point of contact for the kitchen and ownership when supervisors are absent.
- Stock Control: Perform basic inventory checks, report shortages, and assist with ordering to prevent service interruptions.
- Multitasking: Seamlessly juggle serving tables while supervising cash registers during high‑traffic rushes.
- SOP Enforcement: Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed, from hygiene standards to service protocols.
- Backup Support: Step in as a waiter or cashier whenever staffing gaps arise, guaranteeing uninterrupted guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations.
- Previous experience as a shift leader or senior crew is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to handle high‑volume periods such as breakfast and lunch rushes.
- Strong operational skills, including POS proficiency and accurate cash handling.
- Excellent memory for menu items and the ability to take orders quickly.
- Effective problem‑solving skills; remain composed under pressure.
- Leadership qualities: decisive, firm yet respectful, and capable of motivating a team.
- Clear communication with kitchen staff and management.
- Basic stock management and reporting capabilities.
- Personal attributes: strong mental resilience, low defensiveness, sense of urgency, and a zero‑tolerance attitude toward personal phone use during work hours.
- Ability to work without supervision and take ownership when senior staff are unavailable.
