Introduction

We are actively recruiting a Senior Field Collection Officer (Kolektor Lapangan) to join our dynamic team covering the Tabanan area of Bali. This role is crucial for maintaining healthy cash flow by engaging directly with customers who have overdue credit installments. The successful candidate will operate on the ground, visiting client homes, building rapport, and ensuring timely repayment while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily visits to customers’ residences within the assigned Tabanan and Jembrana territories to negotiate and collect overdue loan payments.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets set by management, balancing efficiency with customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a consistent daily visitation quota, ensuring full coverage of the assigned portfolio.
  • Follow established collection procedures, accurately documenting interactions, payment agreements, and any disputes.
  • Identify early warning signs of delinquency and report them to the supervisory team for proactive risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as credit, legal, and customer service to resolve complex cases.
  • Provide feedback on field‑level trends, suggesting improvements to collection strategies and operational processes.
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of company assets while on the road, adhering to all traffic and security regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (MA/Paket C).
  • At least 1 year of experience in field collection, with a strong preference for candidates who have 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Possession of a valid and active motorcycle license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorcycle.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Tabanan area, including local neighborhoods and road networks.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict performance targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
  • Adaptability, strong problem‑solving aptitude, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate to the Jembrana region and surrounding areas.
