Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and rehearse live event segments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Welcome viewers, introduce speakers, and guide the flow of the program with confidence and poise.
- Engage with the audience in real‑time, responding to comments, questions, and polls across social media channels.
- Coordinate with production crew, technical staff, and talent to manage timing, cues, and transitions.
- Monitor live‑stream quality, troubleshoot technical glitches, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align event messaging with brand objectives.
- Prepare post‑event reports that include audience metrics, feedback, and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in live streaming, interactive media, and audience engagement strategies.
- Represent the company professionally on‑camera and uphold brand standards at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of all legal working ages.
- Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience as a live event host, presenter, or similar on‑camera role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; fluency in English is a plus.
- Excellent stage presence, confidence, and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and basic streaming tools.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events.
