We are currently expanding our operations in Cileungsi and are seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as Sorter Gudang Ekspedisi. This entry‑level position offers a hands‑on environment where you will play a critical role in the flow of goods from inbound receipt to outbound dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Sort incoming and outgoing parcels according to predefined routes, geographic zones, and service categories (e.g., same‑day, next‑day, economy).
- Operate handheld scanning devices to record inbound and outbound movements, ensuring data accuracy and real‑time visibility in the warehouse management system.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, containers, and delivery vans, following safe‑handling guidelines and using appropriate material‑handling equipment.
- Arrange packages on shelves, racks, or sorting bins in accordance with the warehouse’s zoning plan, optimizing space utilization and minimizing handling time.
- Conduct visual inspections of each parcel, reporting any damages, discrepancies, or labeling errors to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all occupational health and safety SOPs, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to identify bottlene‑spots, suggest process improvements, and support continuous‑flow initiatives such as lean sorting and 5S.
- Document shift activities, including the number of parcels processed, any incidents, and the status of equipment, for end‑of‑day reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 45 years.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Valid Indonesian identity card (KTP) and family card (KK) – originals required.
- Own Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM for installing the company’s logistics app.
- Personal bank account for salary disbursement.
- Good physical health and the ability to stand, walk, and lift packages up to 20 kg repeatedly.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Prior experience in warehouse sorting or logistics is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Soft skills: teamwork, communication, time‑management, and a proactive safety mindset.
