Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of bakery items, pastries, and snack products according to established recipes and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked outlet, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and operational.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff, addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking product quality, and rotating stock to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and nutrition teams to align menu offerings with dietary guidelines and patient requirements.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handling cash transactions and generating daily sales reports.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations, including HACCP and local health department standards.
- Participate in shift handovers, communicating any operational issues or special requests to the next team.
- Contribute ideas for new menu items or service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
