Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter Lapangan Ekspedisi to join our expanding operations in the Bekasi metropolitan area, covering both the city and surrounding regencies. This field‑based recruiting role is pivotal in building a reliable fleet of couriers who will support our fast‑growing logistics network. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a proven ability to source, assess, and onboard talent quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential courier candidates using a variety of proactive methods such as flyering, street canvassing, referral programs, and social media outreach.
- Conduct initial screenings to verify essential qualifications, including a valid driver’s license (SIM), ownership or access to a suitable vehicle, and compliance with local transportation regulations.
- Organize and lead face‑to‑face or virtual interviews, evaluating candidates’ communication skills, reliability, and customer‑service mindset.
- Collect, verify, and maintain complete documentation for each candidate, ensuring all required paperwork (identification, vehicle registration, insurance) is filed accurately.
- Provide comprehensive onboarding, delivering clear instructions on job duties, standard operating procedures (SOP), and the use of company‑specific mobile applications for dispatch and tracking.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, conversion rates, and retention statistics, adjusting strategies to improve effectiveness.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports for the HR team and direct supervisors, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the operations and training departments to align recruitment efforts with seasonal demand spikes and new service launches.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as per current operational requirements.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably within logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective field sourcing and possess a strong local network in the Bekasi area.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using mobile recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and basic HR software.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of managing a full workload independently while meeting strict deadlines.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional travel within the assigned territory.
