Introduction
Mitra HSE (Mobile) – Koordinator Keselamatan Lingkungan is a vital role within our fast‑growing logistics and transportation network. The position is based on a mobile assignment, meaning the successful candidate will spend most of the workday visiting partner driver locations, inspection hubs, and field sites to ensure that all vehicles and facilities meet the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and operational cleanliness. This role reports directly to the Regional HSE Manager and plays a key part in maintaining the reputation of our brand as a leader in safe and sustainable mobility solutions.
Responsibilities
- Mark and verify partner driver vehicles, confirming that registration documents, insurance papers, and safety stickers are current and accurately displayed.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle mechanical components, including brakes, lighting, tire condition, and engine performance, using standardized checklists.
- Assess the cleanliness and hygiene of work‑site facilities such as toilets, break rooms, and surrounding environments to ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations.
- Gather and digitize inspection data on‑site, uploading photos and reports to the central HSE management system within 24 hours.
- Prepare daily operational reports summarizing findings, corrective actions taken, and any incidents that require escalation.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs or preventive maintenance for identified vehicle deficiencies.
- Provide on‑the‑spot coaching to drivers and hub staff on proper equipment handling, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and safe driving practices.
- Maintain a mobile inventory of inspection tools, safety kits, and documentation forms to ensure readiness for each assignment.
- Participate in quarterly safety audits and contribute insights that help refine company‑wide HSE policies.
- Stay updated on local traffic regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices to advise partners on continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; technical background in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, or construction is strongly preferred.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in vehicle inspection, facility maintenance, or related field work.
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics, including engine systems, suspension, and safety devices.
- Proficiency in using mobile data collection tools and familiarity with cloud‑based reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail to identify potential hazards before they become incidents.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings clearly to drivers, supervisors, and senior management.
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment while also collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Male candidates only, age not exceeding 35 years.
- Demonstrated commitment to occupational health and safety (K3) principles and environmental stewardship.
