We are seeking a dynamic Floor Leader to join our fast‑growing Mie Gacoan team in Tuban, Jawa Timur. This pivotal role will oversee daily restaurant operations, drive crew performance, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities
- Execute all crew duties across stations—including cashier, server, kitchen, production, and barista—to maintain flexible staffing and seamless service.
- Supervise and mentor crew members, providing real‑time feedback and coaching to boost productivity and morale.
- Oversee restaurant operations from opening to closing, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, health and safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular stock‑taking (stock opname), manage inventory levels, and coordinate with vendors to guarantee product quality and timely deliveries.
- Develop and manage employee schedules, optimizing shift coverage while respecting labor laws and employee well‑being.
- Lead training programs for new hires, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, waste, and customer satisfaction, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate with senior management on promotional initiatives, menu updates, and operational improvements.
- Participate in multi‑month training at any Mie Gacoan location, with full accommodation and transportation support provided when training occurs outside the home city.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff, adhering strictly to company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years; height requirement: male ≥ 165 cm, female ≥ 160 cm.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in any field; a background in Food & Beverage is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proven track record of managing or supervising staff.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward operational challenges.
- Good physical health with no history of chronic illness that could affect job performance.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant demand.
- Commitment to attend comprehensive training programs, with travel and lodging expenses covered by the company when training is off‑site.
- Familiarity with business ethics and compliance with all relevant regulations.
