Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated Kru Produksi to join our fast‑paced food production team on a full‑time basis. Responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety practices, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature control.
- Assist in inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, line cooks, and other production staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak service periods.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, mixers, and slicers, while performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Document production outputs, waste, and any incidents in daily logs for continuous improvement tracking.
- Support the development of new menu items by providing feedback on ingredient feasibility and preparation time.
- Adhere to company policies on punctuality, dress code, and personal hygiene, presenting a professional image at all times.
- Handle unexpected challenges—such as sudden order surges or equipment malfunctions—by staying calm and finding quick, effective solutions.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, allergen management, and operational best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Age: Up to 45 years old.
- Prior experience in a production kitchen or similar food‑service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to teammates.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
- Basic cooking skills, including proficiency in preparing staple dishes and following recipes.
- Ability to provide a clear photocopy of KTP (identity card) and KK (family card) for verification.
