Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging English lessons for grades 1‑6, covering grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and speaking skills.
- Develop age‑appropriate teaching materials, games, and multimedia resources that foster active participation.
- Assess student progress through informal observations, quizzes, and formal evaluations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence in language use.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and curriculum planners to align lesson plans with Bimbel Beelieve’s educational standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Track attendance, lesson schedules, and administrative paperwork accurately using our internal management system.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s achievements, challenges, and recommended learning strategies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 in English Literature, English Education, or a related field.
- Age: Candidates up to 30 years old are preferred, though enthusiasm and capability are paramount.
- Experience: At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience with elementary‑level students.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) with strong grammar and vocabulary knowledge.
- Teaching Skills: Ability to explain concepts clearly, adapt lessons to varied learning styles, and use interactive techniques.
- Personal Qualities: Passion for working with children, high initiative, creativity, innovation, and strong communication skills.
