Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffees, teas, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, including regular cleaning of equipment, countertops, and seating areas.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate order processing.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate ordering needs to the manager.
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations, answer customer inquiries, and resolve any service issues with professionalism.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, performing routine equipment checks and routine maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and emerging coffee trends.
- Assist with promotional events, loyalty program enrollment, and community outreach initiatives.
- Occasionally work overtime or weekend shifts as needed to meet business demands.
Requirements
- Age: 18‑25 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Appearance: Presentable, tidy, and professional demeanor.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills and ability to interact courteously with diverse customers.
- Teamwork: Collaborative attitude, detail‑oriented, honest, and responsible.
- Technical aptitude: Comfortable using POS systems, digital ordering apps, and basic coffee‑machine technology.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime or adjust schedule when required.
- Personal status: Single candidates preferred to ensure scheduling flexibility.
- Location: Residents of Geger and surrounding areas are highly preferred.

- Barista Skills: Basic knowledge of coffee grinding, tamping, milk steaming, and latte art is a plus.
