Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our research and development (R&D) team as a Tim Farmasis Penelitian dan Pengembangan Obat. This role is based in Kediri and focuses on supporting the discovery, formulation, and testing of new pharmaceutical products that meet both national standards and the evolving needs of patients. The successful candidate will work closely with senior scientists, quality assurance specialists, and production staff to ensure that every product is safe, effective, and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and execution of laboratory experiments for new drug compounds.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of experimental procedures, results, and analyses in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
- Support stability testing, dissolution studies, and other critical quality assessments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate research findings into scalable manufacturing processes.
- Monitor inventory of reagents, chemicals, and laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress, troubleshoot issues, and propose innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company SOPs.
- Provide support for internal audits and external inspections by regulatory authorities.
Requirements
- Educational background: Minimum D3/D4 in Pharmacy (SMK Farmasi or D3 Farmasi).
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required, ideal for fresh graduates).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Core competencies: honesty, politeness, friendliness, loyalty, discipline, meticulousness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Residence: Preferably domiciled in Kediri, East Java.
- Documentation: Updated CV, recent 4×6 passport‑style photo, family card (KK), latest diploma and transcript of records, and any additional supporting documents.
- Health: Physically and mentally fit to work in a laboratory environment.
- Soft skills: Effective communication, teamwork, problem‑solving attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Technical skills: Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations, laboratory instrumentation, and safety protocols.
