We are seeking energetic and reliable Motorcycle & Car Couriers who can ensure timely and safe delivery of parcels to our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Collect parcels from the Shopexpress warehouse or partner stores and transport them to the designated customer address while adhering to scheduled delivery windows.
- Verify the accuracy of each shipment, confirming that items match the order details and are in pristine condition before departure.
- Plan and optimize daily routes using GPS, traffic data, and local knowledge to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch supervisors by updating delivery status in real‑time through the Shopexpress mobile application.
- Inspect the assigned motorcycle (or personal vehicle, if applicable) each morning to ensure it is road‑worthy, fueled, and equipped with necessary safety gear.
- Report any incidents, vehicle issues, or delivery discrepancies promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers, handling queries or minor concerns with a customer‑first attitude.
- Collaborate with fellow couriers and warehouse staff to streamline hand‑offs and improve overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: up to 40 years old.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) with an active status.
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and personal responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good time‑management and self‑motivation.
- Familiarity with the South Tangerang area; knowledge of local streets, shortcuts, and traffic patterns is a distinct advantage.
- Own a reliable motorcycle; personal vehicle (car) optional depending on company needs.
- Excellent communication skills and basic proficiency with smartphone navigation and delivery apps.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of parcels, often in varying weather conditions.

- Base salary ranging from IDR 2,000,000 to IDR 5,000,000 per month, calibrated to the delivery zone and workload intensity.
