The role is pivotal in expanding our market footprint, strengthening partner relationships, and driving sales growth across multiple distribution channels. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ensuring that our products reach the right customers at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new and existing business channels, including retail partners, wholesalers, and e‑commerce platforms.
- Design and implement channel‑specific sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to nurture client relationships, track interactions, and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with channel partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to align channel initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as sales volume, channel profitability, and customer acquisition rates.
- Train and mentor junior staff or partner representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM usage.
- Monitor inventory levels across channels, working closely with supply‑chain personnel to avoid stock‑outs or over‑stock situations.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local business forums to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in channel development, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, sales analytics tools, negotiation techniques, and basic data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, analytical mindset, problem‑solving orientation, and adaptability to a fast‑changing market.

- Availability: Willingness to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
