Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Bisnis Channeling in Klaten, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in ensuring that business channel orders are accurately processed, documented, and communicated across multiple internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of integrity, strong computer literacy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on incoming orders received through the Business Channeling platform, ensuring timely acknowledgement and entry into the system.
  • Collect, verify, and upload complete consumer and financing object data into the company’s database, maintaining strict data quality standards.
  • Enter order information received via web portals and internal applications, guaranteeing that all fields are accurately populated.
  • Review and process credit applications in line with RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) decisions or consumer grading outcomes.
  • Communicate credit approval results to applicants, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
  • Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and track their progress.
  • Coordinate closely with the Service Handling Center (SHC) to manage ongoing consumer orders and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of all interactions, ensuring traceability for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support the team in generating daily and weekly performance reports for management review.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and proposing workflow enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of credit monitoring and processing concepts.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit.
  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
