Introduction

The Admin Channeling Bisnis position is a key operational role based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the Business Channeling unit and our internal credit processing teams, ensuring that every incoming order is accurately recorded, validated, and advanced through the loan approval workflow. This role offers a dynamic environment where attention to detail, strong computer skills, and excellent communication are essential to supporting our fast‑growing consumer financing portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling source, ensuring timely acknowledgement and entry into the ACCTION system.
  • Collect, verify, and complete consumer and financing‑object data, guaranteeing that all required documentation is attached and conforms to internal compliance standards.
  • Input order information received via the dicicilaja platform into ACCTION, maintaining data integrity and consistency across all records.
  • Review and process credit applications in line with the results of RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) reviews or customer grading outcomes, flagging any discrepancies for further investigation.
  • Communicate credit approval status to applicants promptly, providing clear explanations of next steps and any required follow‑up actions.
  • Generate and forward survey orders to the Service Operations Center (SOC) to schedule field verification and asset appraisal when necessary.
  • Coordinate closely with the SHC (Sales Handling Center) to track the progress of each consumer order and resolve any bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate entry of all customer data into the system, ensuring that updates are reflected in real time.
  • Prepare routine reports on order volume, processing times, and approval rates for senior management review.
  • Support cross‑functional teams by providing administrative assistance, such as filing, archiving physical records, and managing electronic document repositories.
  • Continuously propose process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years (flexible for exceptionally qualified candidates).
  • Open to all gender identities.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative or data‑entry roles, preferably within a financial services or lending environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including advanced use of MS Office, database entry, and familiarity with credit processing systems such as ACCTION.
  • Strong analytical abilities to verify data accuracy and detect inconsistencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with sales, credit, and operations teams.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Customer‑focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
