Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and accessories that best suit their visual needs and personal style.
- Perform basic eye‑testing procedures under the supervision of licensed optometrists, including visual acuity checks and lens fitting.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the display area, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and presented.
- Operate the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments accurately.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on lens options, coatings, and warranty plans, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the inventory management team to reorder frames and lenses, minimizing stock‑outs.
- Support marketing initiatives such as in‑store promotions, seasonal sales events, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitization of fitting equipment and adherence to COVID‑19 protocols.
- Collaborate closely with team members, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the store’s management system to help improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA), vocational school (SMK), or equivalent.
- Age: 18 to 26 years old.
