Introduction

Casa Boga Indonesia is expanding its culinary footprint and is looking for a dedicated Spesialis Finance Korporat dan Pengendalian Keuangan to join the finance team at one of its flagship restaurants. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and strategic budgeting across the restaurant operations. The successful candidate will work closely with restaurant managers, procurement, and senior finance leadership to drive financial discipline while supporting the fast‑paced environment of the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting standards.
- Monitor and control operating expenses, including labor, food cost, and overhead, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, collaborating with department heads to align financial targets with business objectives.
- Conduct regular cash flow analysis and maintain accurate cash handling procedures to safeguard restaurant assets.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to minimize risk of fraud or error, performing periodic audits of transaction records.
- Support the procurement team by reviewing vendor invoices, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring timely reconciliation.
- Provide financial insights and ad‑hoc analysis for senior management, helping shape pricing strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with the corporate finance department on tax compliance, payroll processing, and statutory reporting.
- Maintain meticulous records of all financial documents, ensuring they are organized, up‑to‑date, and easily retrievable for audit purposes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements, automation opportunities, and best practices in financial reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; 1‑5 years in corporate finance or financial control within the hospitality sector is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy.
- Demonstrated discipline, reliability, and a proactive work ethic; capable of thriving both independently and as part of a team.
- Residency in Cimahi, Bandung Regency (KBB) or surrounding areas is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
