Introduction

We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator Produksi Konveksi Pakaian Wanita to join our team and play a pivotal role in streamlining daily operations, managing documentation, and supporting the production crew.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update production schedules, ensuring that each garment order progresses smoothly from cutting to finishing.
  • Coordinate daily work plans with supervisors of cutting, sewing, and finishing departments, communicating any changes promptly.
  • Track raw material inventory, record material receipts, and issue requisition forms to avoid production bottlenecks.
  • Prepare and file all required production documents, including work orders, quality check sheets, and shipping manifests.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as line efficiency, defect rates, and on‑time delivery, compiling weekly reports for management review.
  • Assist the purchasing team in verifying supplier invoices and ensuring that material costs align with budgeted figures.
  • Facilitate communication between the production floor and other support functions such as finance, HR, and logistics.
  • Handle customer order entry, confirming specifications, sizes, and delivery dates within the ERP system.
  • Support the implementation of continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting process adjustments to reduce waste and increase throughput.
  • Uphold company policies regarding safety, confidentiality, and quality standards in all administrative activities.

Requirements

  • Gender: Open to all candidates; however, the role is currently focused on hiring female applicants under 35 years of age.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior experience in garment or confectionery production is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP or production management tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, honest work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Personal Traits: Ability to work well within a team, reliable, and accountable for meeting deadlines.
