Responsibilities
- Interpret and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work orders to assemble electronic components and sub‑assemblies.
- Perform manual soldering, component placement, wiring, and mechanical fastening according to company standards.
- Conduct in‑process inspections and functional tests to verify that assembled units meet quality specifications.
- Document production data, record any deviations, and report non‑conformities to the quality control supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring tools and equipment are calibrated and stored properly.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to meet daily production targets while adhering to shift schedules.
- Follow all safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and participate in regular safety briefings.
- Assist in minor troubleshooting and recommend process improvements to reduce rework and increase efficiency.
- Support inventory control by accurately handling components and notifying the material team of low stock levels.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with new technologies, assembly techniques, and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational background: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent (technical vocational school preferred).
- Age: 23 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male (as required by the specific work‑site regulations).
- Work experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as an assembly or production operator, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a shift system, including flexibility for night or weekend shifts when needed.
- Strong manual dexterity, good hand‑eye coordination, and the ability to read technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing defect‑free products.
- Basic understanding of electronic components, soldering techniques, and safety standards.
- Good communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and a collaborative attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
