Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold‑calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals that align Minut’s solutions with client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact, qualification, and negotiation to closing and post‑sale follow‑up.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover emerging trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and industry conferences to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Represent Minut at trade shows, webinars, and client meetings, reinforcing brand credibility and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably within technology or services.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Demonstrated honesty, accountability, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Resilience under pressure with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis.
