- Utilize the Store Management System to update product information, track sales performance, and generate basic reports.
- Assist in visual merchandising initiatives, arranging promotional displays and seasonal layouts to maximize sales.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints with professionalism, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales targets and contribute ideas for improving store operations.
- Adhere to company policies regarding loss prevention, health and safety, and store security.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and store meetings to stay updated on new products, promotions, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: maximum 25 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Residency in or near Magetan is required.
- Either fresh graduates or candidates with prior retail experience are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently.
- Demonstrated honesty, loyalty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the retail industry.
- Basic proficiency with store management and point‑of‑sale software.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
