Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Retail Sales Staff to join our dynamic team in Magetan. Responsibilities

  • Maintain a tidy and well‑organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  • Operate the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, process transactions accurately, and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and assist with receiving and replenishment of goods.
  • Utilize the Store Management System to update product information, track sales performance, and generate basic reports.
  • Assist in visual merchandising initiatives, arranging promotional displays and seasonal layouts to maximize sales.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints with professionalism, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales targets and contribute ideas for improving store operations.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding loss prevention, health and safety, and store security.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and store meetings to stay updated on new products, promotions, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age limit: maximum 25 years old.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Residency in or near Magetan is required.
  • Either fresh graduates or candidates with prior retail experience are welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently.
  • Demonstrated honesty, loyalty, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the retail industry.
  • Basic proficiency with store management and point‑of‑sale software.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
