Introduction

AmarthaLink, a leading financial technology platform dedicated to expanding inclusive lending across Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Agent Partner – Sales Akuisisi to join our growing team in Bandung Barat. This role is pivotal in driving the acquisition of new agents who will act as the front‑line ambassadors of AmarthaLink’s micro‑finance services, helping underserved communities access credit and grow their businesses. The successful candidate will blend strong sales acumen with a passion for community development, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve aggressive acquisition targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new agents for the AmarthaLink network, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct thorough outreach campaigns, including in‑person visits, webinars, and digital presentations, to educate prospects on the benefits, operational mechanisms, and compliance requirements of the AmarthaLink service model.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with recruited agents, providing ongoing support, performance feedback, and conflict resolution to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on system usage, product features, risk management, and customer service best practices, ensuring agents are fully equipped to serve end‑users effectively.
  • Monitor agent transaction volumes, quality metrics, and compliance indicators through regular reporting and analytics, intervening promptly to address performance gaps.
  • Analyze local market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to craft tailored expansion strategies for the assigned territory.
  • Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports covering acquisition numbers, training outcomes, agent performance, and market insights for senior management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align acquisition activities with broader company initiatives and product launches.
  • Maintain a well‑organized pipeline of prospects using CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow‑up.
  • Travel within the assigned region on a field‑based schedule, representing AmarthaLink at industry events, community gatherings, and partner meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition or channel development within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the Bandung Barat area, with an existing network of potential agents or business contacts considered a plus.
  • Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and hold a valid SIM C; willingness to travel extensively for field work.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Demonstrated negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities, coupled with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • High level of organization, self‑motivation, and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of financial services or micro‑finance ecosystems is advantageous.

  • Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend or evening engagements as required by market demands.
