Introduction
PT. Central Motor Daneswara Santosha is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Executive – Corporate Client Management to join our expanding team in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. As a leading distributor of premium motorcycle products—including Corsa, Michelin, Kenda tires, Sugoi batteries, King Power anti‑leak fluids, Michelin Vanbelt, Adnoc & Liqui Moly oils, and RK Takasago chains—we serve a diverse portfolio of corporate clients ranging from large fleet operators to regional dealership networks. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our company and corporate customers, driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate accounts within the Balikpapan region and surrounding areas.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing key clients, conducting regular business reviews and addressing any service issues promptly.
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals, price quotations, and product demonstrations that align with client needs and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics, inventory, and after‑sales support teams to guarantee timely delivery and optimal product availability.
- Analyze sales data and market intelligence to forecast demand, set realistic targets, and recommend product mix adjustments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and action plans.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest motorcycle product innovations and competitive dynamics.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, pipeline status, and follow‑up activities, ensuring a high level of organization and accountability.
- Support the development of marketing collateral and promotional campaigns aimed at corporate audiences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle aftermarket industry.
- Strong analytical skills for sales performance evaluation and market trend interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; must be active, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly.
- Deep knowledge of the Balikpapan area and surrounding districts, with an existing network of potential corporate contacts.
- Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid SIM C driving licence for client visits and product deliveries.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic; capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Physical fitness and good health to handle frequent travel and occasional lifting of product samples.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
