Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Ahli Penyelenggaraan dan Pemeliharaan Sistem Kelistrikan to join our engineering team. This role is crucial for maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of all machinery.
The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑16:00) and provides comprehensive health coverage through BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and demonstrate at least three years of hands‑on experience in similar roles.
Responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance plans according to ISO 9001 standards, reducing unexpected equipment failures.
- Perform corrective maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on electrical machines, PLCs, and control panels.
- Collaborate closely with technicians and production staff to coordinate repair activities and ensure safe work practices.
- Analyze machine performance data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and implement 5R (Sort, Set‑in‑order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) principles.
- Monitor and document downtime incidents, providing detailed reports to management for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using MS Office tools, including Excel logs and Word reports.
- Support the implementation of energy‑saving initiatives and ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety regulations.
- Assist in training junior technicians on best practices for electrical system upkeep.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s) in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in electrical system maintenance within an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems and the 5R workplace organization methodology.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing electrical faults and interpreting schematics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; able to coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on precision and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production targets.
