Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Administration Officer to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and reconcile daily cash transactions, bank statements, and general ledger entries.
- Maintain and update the accounting software, ensuring all invoices, receipts, and expense reports are accurately recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audit processes.
- Monitor and process tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and payroll taxes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering data, performing variance analysis, and presenting insights to senior management.
- Develop and maintain Excel dashboards that visualize key financial metrics and trends.
- Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and payroll assistance while adhering to internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost‑saving initiatives within the finance function.
- Provide timely responses to internal inquiries regarding financial data, policy interpretation, and procedural guidance.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Gender: Open to all genders; however, the position currently requires a female candidate due to specific operational considerations.
- Experience: At least 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or tax administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or similar).
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and the ability to prepare and submit tax returns.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also handling independent tasks.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility in handling confidential financial information.
- Physical and mental fitness to meet the demands of a full‑time role (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
