Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Asisten Teknisi Layanan Peralatan Industri to join our growing technical support team. This entry‑level position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with basic technical knowledge to gain hands‑on experience in the industrial equipment sector. Working Monday through Saturday, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment that supports the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, MEP, and HVAC systems across a variety of client sites.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in the installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of industrial machinery and related electrical infrastructure.
- Perform routine checks on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) components and HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and client specifications.
- Respond to help‑desk tickets, diagnose equipment faults, and provide timely resolutions or escalations as needed.
- Document all service activities, including work orders, test results, and material usage, using the company’s digital reporting tools.
- Support the preparation of technical drawings, wiring schematics, and layout plans under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables, notifying supervisors when re‑ordering is required.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training sessions, safety drills, and continuous‑improvement workshops to enhance technical proficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—such as project managers, procurement, and quality assurance—to ensure seamless project execution.
- Adhere strictly to all occupational health and safety regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Provide clear and courteous communication with clients, explaining technical issues in non‑technical terms and offering practical recommendations.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a diploma in Electrical Engineering (SMK Teknik Elektro) or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior professional experience required.
- Fundamental understanding of electrical installation, MEP concepts, and HVAC system operation.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, initiative‑driven attitude.
- Attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use help‑desk support tools.
- Willingness to work the scheduled shift of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
