Responsibilities
- Design and prepare comprehensive lesson plans that align with both national and international chemistry curricula.
- Deliver interactive, inquiry‑based chemistry lessons to senior high school (SMA) and vocational (SMK) students, incorporating laboratory experiments, digital simulations, and real‑world applications.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, practical exams, and project work, providing detailed feedback and progress reports to students and parents.
- Maintain a safe and well‑organized chemistry laboratory, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and chemical safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum designers, and academic mentors to continuously improve instructional strategies and integrate interdisciplinary projects.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through open communication, regular parent‑teacher meetings, and mentorship programs.
- Participate in professional development workshops, faculty meetings, and school events to stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical trends.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Education, or a related field; a degree from FKIP (Faculty of Teacher Training and Education) is highly preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of teaching chemistry at the senior high school or vocational level, with proven success in improving student outcomes.
- Curriculum Expertise: Ability to teach both the Indonesian national curriculum and international programs (e.g., Cambridge, IB).
- Technical Skills: Strong foundation in analytical, organic, and physical chemistry; proficiency with Microsoft Office and educational technology platforms.
- Soft Skills: Patience, strong communication, empathy, and the ability to motivate diverse learners; confident, approachable, and capable of fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Personal Attributes: Initiative‑driven, responsible, and adaptable to a fast‑changing educational environment.
- Availability: Full‑time commitment, Monday‑Saturday, 12:30 – 20:00.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to be assigned to any of the three Bimbel One campuses mentioned above.
