Responsibilities

- Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all stations are well‑stocked, organized, and adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal levels of fresh ingredients.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate junior cooks and kitchen assistants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Monitor food safety and sanitation practices, performing routine kitchen inspections and ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
- Assist in menu development, suggesting innovative dishes that align with current food trends and seasonal availability.
- Control food costs by minimizing waste, portioning accurately, and implementing cost‑effective cooking techniques.
- Collaborate with the head chef and restaurant manager to schedule shifts, plan special events, and handle peak‑hour service demands.
- Maintain and operate kitchen equipment safely, performing basic troubleshooting and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude by identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing practical solutions to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
