Introduction
We are currently seeking motivated and diligent individuals for the position of Petugas Lapangan Wilayah Bengkulu. This field‑collector role is critical to our organization’s effort to maintain healthy cash flow by directly engaging with customers who have overdue credit installments. The successful candidate will operate primarily in the Bengkulu region, visiting customers’ residences, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring that monthly collection targets are consistently met. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to residential customers to perform timely and professional debt collection activities.
- Communicate clearly with borrowers, explain payment options, and negotiate settlements in accordance with company policy.
- Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets set by management, contributing to overall portfolio performance.
- Maintain a daily visit schedule that aligns with assigned territories, ensuring optimal coverage of the Bengkulu area.
- Accurately record collection outcomes, update the central database, and report any discrepancies or disputes.
- Follow strict procedural guidelines and regulatory requirements to protect both the customer’s rights and the company’s interests.
- Identify patterns of delinquency and provide feedback to the risk‑management team for potential portfolio adjustments.
- Represent the company’s brand with professionalism, fostering goodwill and preserving customer relationships even in challenging collection scenarios.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent (Package C).
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Valid and active SIM C (motorcycle license) and personal motorcycle for field mobility.
- Thorough knowledge of the Bengkulu region, including neighborhoods and key access routes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily and monthly targets.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in field collection; fresh graduates with a strong drive are also encouraged to apply.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Bengkulu and surrounding areas.
- Basic proficiency with mobile data entry tools and familiarity with collection software.
