Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a thorough understanding of daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate any special dietary requirements to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, polishing silverware, and resetting tables promptly after guests leave.
- Handle payment transactions efficiently, issue receipts, and process cash, credit, or digital payments in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to coordinate service flow, anticipate guest needs, and resolve any issues quickly.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and personal grooming guidelines.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs, providing feedback on service performance and guest satisfaction.
- Stay informed about menu changes, promotional offers, and seasonal items to provide accurate recommendations.
- Work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required by the restaurant’s operating schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
Requirements
- Maximum age of 35 years; all genders are welcome to apply.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates with a strong service mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong team orientation with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues during busy periods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and navigate a fast‑moving dining floor.
