Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive English and Mathematics lessons in accordance with the national curriculum and school standards.

- Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback and individualized support.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, grade books, and progress reports for each class.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum specialists, and school leadership to develop interdisciplinary units and school‑wide initiatives.
- Participate actively in parent‑teacher conferences, school meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Uphold school policies, ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment, and model ethical behavior and cultural sensitivity.
- Contribute to extracurricular programs such as after‑school tutoring, language clubs, or math competitions.
- Continuously update instructional strategies by staying informed about current educational research and technological tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Age: Between 18 and 50 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least a high school (SMA) or pesantren graduate with proven teaching experience, or a current university student pursuing a relevant degree.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and compassionately.
- Strong interpersonal skills, honesty, integrity, and a commitment to school rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques and the use of digital learning platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional school events.
