Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Facebook Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in the hospitality sector. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast‑paced environments, possess a solid understanding of cash‑handling systems, and deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. The successful applicant will work on a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, and will have the opportunity to grow within a company that values loyalty, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor the point‑of‑sale (POS) and cash register system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Greet guests, take orders, and ensure a seamless dining experience from entry to departure.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily cash drawers in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked service area, complying with health and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to coordinate orders and manage peak‑hour traffic.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory checks, cash count, and report generation.
  • Adapt to shift work, including split shifts, and remain effective under pressure during high‑volume periods.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service protocols.
  • Uphold company standards of honesty, attentiveness, and responsiveness at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 35 years.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Prior experience in cash handling or cashier roles preferred; fresh graduates with strong aptitude are also welcome.
  • Demonstrated good attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to understand and operate POS/cashier systems quickly.
  • Willingness to work shift or split‑shift schedules and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Honesty, meticulousness, and quick responsiveness are essential personal qualities.
  • For candidates relocating from outside the city, male employees will be provided with mess accommodation.
  • Basic proficiency in food and beverage service skills.
