We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven individual to join our team as a Mitra Program Penawaran Denda in the bustling district of Tebing Tinggi (Ahmad Yani). This field‑oriented position plays a crucial role in our debt settlement program by engaging directly with consumers who have outstanding fines and guiding them toward timely, mutually beneficial payment solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and the willingness to travel throughout the region on a motorbike.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to consumers who have settled their primary obligations but still carry outstanding penalties.
- Present clear, concise payment options and negotiate settlement amounts that align with company policies and customer capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction, including offers made, agreements reached, and follow‑up actions required.
- Collaborate with the central finance team to ensure all settlements are processed promptly and reflected in the system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common objections, market trends, and potential improvements to the settlement process.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines while operating a motorbike and ensure proper documentation of travel expenses.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older (no upper age limit).
- Valid motorcycle (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C driving licence.
- Strong integrity, resilience, and a “never give up” attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to work under pressure.
- Honesty, accountability, and a willingness to work in the field from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Basic understanding of debt collection processes and negotiation techniques is a plus.
