Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a dental degree or ongoing dental training is highly preferred.
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) and willingness to obtain a Surat Izin Praktik (SIP) as required by local health authorities.
- Demonstrated competence in delivering basic dental treatments and a solid understanding of dental anatomy and pathology.
- Excellent physical stamina and mental resilience to handle a busy clinical schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
