Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso‑based drinks, and specialty beverages in strict accordance with company SOPs, ensuring consistency and taste excellence.
- Take customer orders accurately, recommend menu items, and upsell seasonal or promotional drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment by regularly sanitizing workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions responsibly, balancing registers at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of beans, milk, syrups, and supplies; notify management of re‑stock needs to prevent service interruptions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift changes, efficient workflow, and prompt resolution of any guest concerns.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and emergency procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new beverage recipes, equipment upgrades, and customer service best practices.
- Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, store layout improvements, and community engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a food‑and‑beverage or hospitality setting, preferably as a barista.
- Residency in Purwokerto, Bali, or Semarang (or willingness to relocate).
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer‑centric attitude.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues.
- Core competencies: barista techniques, interpersonal skills, multitasking, public speaking, and food presentation.
