Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver Professional – Transportation Services to join our growing logistics team. This role is essential to our operations, ensuring that goods, equipment, and personnel are transported safely, on time, and in full compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities
- Operate company‑owned vehicles equipped with a valid Class A driver’s license (SIM A) to transport goods to designated locations.
- Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS and mapping tools, taking into account traffic conditions, road closures, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct pre‑trip inspections of vehicle safety features, perform routine maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring proper securing of items to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, fuel receipts, and mileage records in accordance with company policy.
- Provide courteous and clear communication with customers, dispatchers, and team members, confirming delivery details and addressing any concerns.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety standards, and regulatory requirements for hazardous or time‑sensitive shipments.
- Participate in regular safety training sessions and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of routing efficiency and fuel consumption.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to adjust schedules in response to urgent or last‑minute requests.
- Support other drivers and staff during peak periods, demonstrating a strong team‑oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Male candidates preferred; however, all genders are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age of 27 years at the time of hiring.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian Class A driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- At least 0‑2 years of professional driving experience; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a coordinated team.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading tasks and to remain alert during long driving periods.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
