Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and professional female candidate to join our dynamic team as an Administration and Operations Officer within our pharmacy division. This full‑time role is based in a fast‑growing retail pharmacy environment where precision, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are essential to delivering exceptional service to our customers. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining compliance with health regulations, and supporting the overall administrative workflow.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily pharmacy operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order processing to guarantee product availability.
- Maintain accurate patient records, prescription logs, and transaction reports in compliance with local health authority standards.
- Coordinate with pharmacists, technicians, and suppliers to streamline workflow and resolve any operational bottlenecks.
- Assist in preparing and filing regulatory documents, ensuring the pharmacy’s active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) remains up‑to‑date.
- Provide front‑desk support, greeting customers, answering phone inquiries, and handling appointment scheduling.
- Utilize the store management system to track sales, generate financial summaries, and support budgeting activities.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contribute ideas for process improvement, and help train new staff members.
- Uphold strict confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all privacy policies.
- Monitor workplace safety standards, report hazards, and ensure a clean, organized environment.
- Collaborate on promotional campaigns and customer loyalty programs to drive sales growth.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum educational qualification: D3/D4 in Pharmacy or equivalent; high school (SMA) graduates with relevant experience are also considered.
- Active STR (Pharmacy Registration Certificate) is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of proven experience working in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a retail environment.
- Proficiency with store management and inventory software; familiarity with basic office applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; must be a team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrated reliability, a diligent work ethic, and a willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Ability to adapt to evolving regulations and industry best practices.
