Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Girl – Staf Administrasi Kantor to join our dynamic team in Tangerang Selatan. This pivotal role blends essential office administration with facility support, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workplace for all employees and visitors. Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office areas, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common spaces according to established protocols.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, waste disposal, and restocking sanitary supplies.
- Assist with basic administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and handling incoming mail.
- Coordinate with external cleaning vendors and report any maintenance issues to facilities management.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings, ensuring equipment, seating, and refreshments are ready.
- Manage inventory of office supplies, track usage, and place purchase orders when stock runs low.
- Support employee onboarding by setting up workstations and providing a welcoming environment.
- Monitor and enforce safety and security procedures, including emergency evacuation routes and fire‑extinguisher checks.
- Provide occasional assistance to senior staff with errands, document delivery, and light clerical tasks.
- Document daily activities in a logbook and report any irregularities to the office manager.
Requirements
- Female candidate (Akhwat) with a maximum age of 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/D4 degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning service, or as a personal assistant is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of building cleaning procedures and ability to follow standard operating guidelines.
- Demonstrated honesty, punctuality, discipline, and a meticulous approach to cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing office needs.
- Residency in or near Tangerang Selatan is preferred for timely attendance.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 17:00 (with occasional Saturday coverage as needed).
