We are seeking a dynamic Staf Promosi Penjualan to join our fast‑growing electronics retail chain. The role is focused on promoting our proprietary PayLater application to shoppers in‑store, encouraging them to adopt flexible financing options while they purchase the latest gadgets and home appliances. Responsibilities
- Engage customers visiting the store and clearly explain the features and advantages of the PayLater application.
- Demonstrate the onboarding process on mobile devices, assisting customers in creating accounts and completing their first transaction.
- Maintain a clean and inviting promotional booth or display area within the store, ensuring all marketing materials are up‑to‑date.
- Track daily interaction metrics, such as the number of demonstrations, sign‑ups, and completed transactions, and report these to the store manager.
- Collaborate with sales associates to identify high‑potential customers and provide them with tailored financing solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest electronic products, store promotions, and PayLater policy updates to answer customer inquiries accurately.
- Assist in organizing in‑store events or flash sales that highlight the convenience of using PayLater.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer reactions, common objections, and suggestions for improving promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies regarding data privacy and responsible lending practices.
- Work a regular shift schedule of 8 hours per day, following the store’s operating hours, and attend the required 26 working days per month.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required, though any background in retail or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Basic analytical ability to track sales data and identify trends.
- Friendly, proactive attitude and a willingness to stand by the assigned store location rather than conducting outbound canvassing.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
