Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Field Collector (ARO) to join our dynamic team in Bengkulu. This role is pivotal in maintaining healthy cash flow by managing credit collections directly with our valued customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the credit department, performing on‑site visits, conducting payment negotiations, and ensuring timely receipt of outstanding balances. Responsibilities
- Perform regular field visits to assigned customers to monitor credit repayment status and verify payment commitments.
- Collect outstanding payments, negotiate settlement plans, and resolve disputes in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including contact logs, payment receipts, and follow‑up actions.
- Coordinate with the internal credit control team to update account statuses and flag high‑risk accounts.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and recommend process enhancements that increase collection efficiency and reduce delinquency rates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards during collection activities.
- Utilize a personal motor vehicle and valid SIM C to travel across the Bengkulu region efficiently.
- Assist in training new field collectors by sharing best practices and field insights.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) / Vocational (SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Open to all genders.
- Strong target‑orientation with a proven ability to meet or exceed collection goals.
- Personal attributes: honesty, discipline, teamwork, and a dynamic, proactive attitude.
- Possession of a motor vehicle and a valid Class C driving license (SIM C). Must be a resident of Bengkulu.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handling a full schedule of visits from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 17:00).
