Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Field Sales Executive to join our rapidly expanding team in South Jakarta. This role is pivotal in strengthening our presence within the vape retail market, building lasting relationships with distributors, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Visit existing vape shops and potential distributor locations across Jakarta Selatan on a scheduled basis.
  • Identify and onboard new retail partners, expanding the company’s market footprint.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting, product positioning, and closing techniques.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for store staff to enhance product knowledge and upselling opportunities.
  • Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery and proper stock levels at retail locations.
  • Participate in regional sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Adhere to company policies, health & safety regulations, and professional ethical standards while on the field.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational policy.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the vape, tobacco, or consumer electronics sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and grow existing ones.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Strong analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and market trends.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel between client sites.
  • Proficiency with mobile CRM applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
