Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure any special requests are clearly communicated.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, checking back regularly to confirm guest satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring that all service stations are well‑stocked.
- Handle payment transactions, process receipts, and reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen personnel, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate smooth service flow, especially during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
- Assist in training new team members by demonstrating proper service techniques and restaurant procedures.
- Respond to guest feedback—both positive and constructive—with professionalism and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular briefings and debriefings to stay informed about menu changes, promotions, and operational updates.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 30 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred, but enthusiastic newcomers with a strong service mindset are also considered.
- Professional appearance: neat, clean, and well‑groomed at all times.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly, communicative, and able to engage with guests from various cultural backgrounds.
- Strong organizational abilities: capable of multitasking, managing orders, and handling pressure during busy periods.

- Availability: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime or shift adjustments.
