Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Funding Officer to join our expanding team in Solo City. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our deposit base and strengthening relationships with both existing and prospective banking customers. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of banking products, a passion for financial services, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and onboard new depositors for savings accounts, term deposits, and other funding products.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department to promote funding products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to senior management.
- Coordinate with the compliance and risk teams to ensure all funding activities adhere to regulatory standards.
- Manage a personal portfolio of prospects, schedule meetings, and follow up on leads using CRM tools.
- Participate in community events, seminars, and networking sessions to raise the bank’s profile and generate leads.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on effective client acquisition techniques.
- Utilize personal transportation and a valid SIM C to conduct on‑site visits and client meetings across Solo City and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in any discipline.
- Age: maximum 35 years.
- Prior experience in funding, deposit acquisition, or banking marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a clear orientation toward achieving targets.
- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Possession of a valid SIM C and personal vehicle for field work.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and basic data analysis tools.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.
