Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Multi‑Merchant professional to lead merchant acquisition efforts in our Bekasi office. This role is pivotal in expanding our network of partner merchants, ensuring seamless onboarding, and driving revenue growth across multiple sales channels. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong relationship‑building skills, and be motivated by clear performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively approach and establish lasting relationships with prospective merchants through cold calls, visits, and digital outreach.
  • Execute the full sales cycle—from initial contact and needs analysis to negotiation and contract signing—using the provided prospect database.
  • Coordinate closely with the onboarding team to guarantee that new merchants experience a smooth and efficient product activation process.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, including pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and forecasted sales figures for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Operations to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights that shape future acquisition tactics.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track performance data, analyze trends, and develop data‑driven recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively demonstrate value propositions to merchants.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities—capable of building trust, persuading stakeholders, and closing deals.
  • Proactive mindset with strategic thinking, high initiative, and the ability to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Adaptability to a target‑driven environment and willingness to meet or exceed performance quotas.
  • Effective problem‑solving skills, able to analyze issues quickly and propose practical solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
