Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Guard Security – Office Area Patrol to join our team at Villa Diana Bali, located in the vibrant districts of Legian and Kuta, Bali. This full‑time position is focused on maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, guests, and property during night‑shift hours (00:00 – 08:00). The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, and a proven track record in professional security operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and protect the premises of Villa Diana Bali, ensuring all entry points, corridors, and office areas are secure.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled patrols during designated night‑shift hours to deter and detect any unauthorized activities.
- Provide a courteous and professional reception for guests, offering assistance and information while maintaining a visible security presence.
- Prepare and transmit timely incident reports, security logs, and daily updates to the on‑site manager and corporate security leadership.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Perform basic fire‑suppression duties, including the use of fire extinguishers and adherence to fire safety protocols (Pemadam Kebakaran Apartemen).
- Enforce occupational health and safety (K3) standards, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain the integrity of the Security Membership Card (Kartu Tanda Anggota Security) and ensure all certifications are current.
- Collaborate with fellow security personnel to develop and improve patrol routes, shift handover procedures, and emergency response plans.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in security or related fields.
- Active Security Membership Card (Kartu Tanda Anggota Security).
- Fluent spoken and written English; ability to communicate clearly with international guests.
- Willingness to work exclusively night shifts (00:00 – 08:00) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of fire‑fighting equipment and occupational health and safety (K3) practices.
