Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive physics lessons to junior high (kelas 7‑9) and senior high (kelas 10‑12) students, covering topics such as mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and modern physics.
- Design, develop, and continuously update lesson plans, worksheets, laboratory experiments, and multimedia resources that align with the national curriculum and school standards.
- Conduct hands‑on laboratory sessions, ensuring safety protocols are followed and students gain practical experience in measurement, data analysis, and scientific inquiry.
- Provide targeted support for exam preparation, including mock tests, revision workshops, and one‑on‑one tutoring as needed.
- Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments, maintaining accurate records and delivering constructive feedback to guide improvement.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance, classroom behavior, and strategies for at‑home reinforcement.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and curriculum coordinators to integrate interdisciplinary projects, such as linking physics concepts with mathematics and technology.
- Participate in professional development activities, faculty meetings, and school events to stay current with pedagogical best practices and emerging scientific developments.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or Physics Education (GPA ≥ 3.0).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting or private tutoring environment, preferably with exposure to both junior and senior high levels.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus for bilingual instruction and resource utilization.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum‑aligned instructional materials and assess student learning effectively.
- Commitment to a full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, based in West Jakarta.
