Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the curriculum requirements of TK, SD, SMP, and SMA.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding progress, areas for improvement, and upcoming learning objectives.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, ensuring each student receives individualized support.
- Manage classroom environment with professionalism, keeping lessons punctual and organized from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay current with educational best practices.
- Prepare necessary teaching materials, including worksheets, visual aids, and digital resources.
- Uphold the institute’s standards of appearance and conduct, presenting a clean and respectful image at all times.
Requirements
- Female candidate, aged up to 30 years.
- Minimum education: active university student (preferably in the final semester) or a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (any major, with a preference for education majors).
- Minimum of 0‑2 years teaching or tutoring experience; fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and the ability to connect with children and adolescents.
- Proficiency in delivering lessons across multiple grade levels (TK, SD, SMP, SMA).
- Excellent communication skills, patience, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Neat, professional appearance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work according to the set schedule and adapt to occasional changes.
- Residence within the Bengkulu area is a plus, facilitating timely arrival and community involvement.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital learning tools are advantageous.
