Responsibilities
As a member of our bar squad, you will be responsible for a range of duties that ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. Typical responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of non‑alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, juices, smoothies, and specialty mocktails.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked service station throughout each shift.
- Greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and answering any menu‑related questions.
- Ensuring all drinks are prepared according to company standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Monitoring inventory levels, reporting low stock, and assisting with periodic stock takes.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation of equipment and work surfaces.
- Collaborating closely with kitchen and service teams to coordinate order flow and reduce wait times.
- Handling cash transactions and operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems with accuracy.
- Participating in regular training sessions to stay current on new drink recipes, equipment, and service protocols.
- Contributing ideas for menu enhancements and seasonal promotions to keep the beverage program fresh and exciting.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Education: All educational levels are welcome; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Basic or no prior beverage‑making experience.
- Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
- Team‑oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability to hustle and stay energetic during busy periods.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
