Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities by researching potential customers within the B2B retail segment.
- Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, and email outreach to introduce Repassa’s product portfolio and negotiate terms.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow‑up and conversion into long‑term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to help refine product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in regular sales training sessions and industry seminars to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and local business events to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Food Science, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry. Fresh graduates with strong internships are also welcomed.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with international partners.
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels: in‑person presentations, telephone conversations, and professional email correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with prospective customers and strategic partners.
- High level of loyalty, dedication, and personal responsibility; a track record of meeting deadlines and targets.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the flexibility to collaborate across departments and support collective goals.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adaptability to fast‑changing market conditions and willingness to travel within the Bekasi & Karawang area as required.
